5. Matching Operation Standards
Matching Wire: Must use 12AWG specification cable to match the current load of XT60H plug.
Soldering Operation: Follow 480℃ high temperature for 4 seconds soldering requirement to ensure firm wire and terminal combination.
Service Limit: Do not exceed 1000 times plugging cycles to avoid terminal loosening and increased resistance.
Load Limit: Long-term continuous working current shall not exceed 60A, instantaneous peak current shall not exceed 100A.
